so here's what I wanna do.

I wanna get the body, get the easy to aquire clothes.
-boots, black shirt, denim jacket fashioned into a vest, denim pants. and some small chain.

but here's where I run into a problem.

how should I make tiny studded wristbands
tiny triple row studded belt.

and the studs on the vest?

vyvyan basterd is who I want to choose as my first custom 1/6 figure.
and my first attempt at sculpting.
if that goes well I wanna make a whole set.

Have you looked at nail art studs? Theyre very tiny and can be applied with a toothpick and some glue. The tiny round nail art beads called 'caviar' or 'microbeads' would also work for very tiny, but probably the flat stud ones would be fine for a 1/6.

Also, since I'm guessing most of /toy/ don't use them, you can buy them in bulk from places like Ebay or Amazon. Just check the reviews to make sure you're getting a decent deal, but usually theyr'e very inexpensive.

To make them easy to place, add the glue dot where you want it on the belt/wristband/jacket and then use a thin candle (cheapo left over birthday candles are perfect) to pick up the stud and place it on. Idk why wax picks them up so well but they even sell pencils with just clear wax inside for the specific purpose of placing nail gems.
