I love the Ultron but the legs always feel awkward as fuck to pose and when posed.
the little armory m4 seems a tad small for venom but it still kind of works. I don't get why the gun has to be a model kit when it doesn't have that much that could be changed on it any way.

SFV? People say that because they don't understand Capcom's model for it. Instead of putting out 3-5 discs like with SF4, it's just one disc that they're going to support for pretty much a decade, and you won't have to pay anything more to be up to date with any gameplay-related updates.
It's like a F2P MOBA setup but with a retail disc to get started, and considering it has 16 characters at launch I'm pretty cool with it all.
To be on-topic, I'd love some newer Street Fighter Revoltechs. I think some characters would be better than others for the line, but I'm sure some of them would be really beneficial.

But was curious, did SF always had a weak story mode? It's what I heard about SFV and my impression was modern fighting games tend to have a decent narrative since they are using long beloved characters. They just half-assed it to make the deadline?

I had some hope with Revol Mini given Kaiyodo did SFO before, but it only did some Basara guys.

I think the ones we got Legacy of were something they did till VulcanLog kicked off. Now that it has a steady lineup going on the Revoltechs that were once distributed by UC, Hobby Stock(for QB iirc), etc are not getting Legacy like they did. It was more like "going out with a bang" for classic Revoltech.
Re-releases seem to be more focused on Kenelephant distributed Sci-Fi, Takeya Revo stuff, like all the Gamera. Now that UC is more autonomous, Kaiyodo has to use the other guy to make direct profit I guess?

Technically about thirty used no box. I got another back in November of last year brand new for $27, but I flipped that one for $60 cause the box was kinda beat up. No weak joints per se, but I did have an issue with changing out the sheath hand, damn wrist joint wouldn't go in for anything. I ended up using an ice pick to widen it and after a bit it worked.

I think the issue with almost any company with doing re-releases is that you are taking up factory schedule with making that old mold, when you could be making something new. So making more of something most people who wanted it already have, versus something completely new no one has, companies tend to choose the latter.

Jigen is only about 5 inches tall and his limbs are thinner than a regular pencil if that gives you any idea about his size.

Damn that's a shame. I'm not usually a stickler for everything being in scale and technically I already PO'd the Lupin and Fujiko Figuarts, but it would have been cool to have a similarly-sized figure of the red jacket Lupin. Since Revoltech Vash actually scales pretty well with Figma (based on Vash's intended height), I'd have thought that Lupin and Jigen might have been the seem way though I guess I was wrong.

His final release got that eye so if you want the original look you need to use either warm water or a hairdryer on the face and carefully push the eyelid and face to close the eye size.

I think I mentioned don't bother cutting the straps.
What inhibits the movement of the hip is not the straps or anything touching on the outside.
The peg that the ball is on, the bll end of the ball joint for the hips, they actually hit the edge of the ball socket of the legs first.
So you would need to either thin down the rod part of the joint, or widen the ball socket edges. Neither I think is worth doing as it will likely loosen or weaken the joints.

It's not even worth it at that point just get a few more degrees in hip/leg movement. I'm not sure why people are complaining in the first place. I think he's awesome. My only issue with mine is that he's really stiff on his right shoulder.

Get him, he goes up for pretty cheap these days. He's design is relatively better than the Basara Revo because he was designed and release after those guys. He has large feet and toe articulation so pulling off ground poses are easy but beware that because of the way he leg is connected to his hips it can bit difficult to put him in wide stances.

Why not?You mean why wasn't there a EoE Eva-01? Because he did jack shit in that movie...? The only "action" from that movie was done by MP Evas and 02, so they got Rvoltechs. Then the only untouched Eva at that point was the F-type and D-type, so F-type got a release.

Is it easy to get him to do splits? My Alucard has terrible joint architecture and i have to move the revoltech joint so it swivels outward to position his legs for a split.

I just replaced the legs joints in my Nexus with Hobby Base joints. HUGE difference. Major upgrade from the clicky joints. I got mine from ebay.

I got one recently. Overall if you compare it to the RD it definitely loses. Revol on the right in pic related.
I do like a few things on the revol version a bit more, and it can also "transform" into flightmode while the RD can't.
For $7 it's pretty a pretty cool mecha revol if you want something a little bit more feminine.
