Pikachu because I wanted something to train and feed shit to in Smash, and a pokemon seemed like the least weirdest character to do that to.
Ness because I like Earthbound, but toys from it aren't that common.
Might get Dedede if I stumble across him because he looks neat, but I'm not into the character all that much, so I'm not desperate.

Not a whole lot. Roommates are asleep or I'd take a pic, but I've got Captain Falcon (opened [spoiler];~;[/spoiler]), all three Splatoon amiibo, Sheik, Megaman, Sonic, the retro pack, Chibi Robo, and Shovel Knight. Definitely getting Bayonetta when she comes out, and want Mewtwo and Ganondorf.

Not very many. I originally wanted to get all the Zelda characters but all I got was Zelda and Sheik. I had 2 links but customized them....kind of regret letting them go.
They're a cool idea and all but overpriced as fuck imo for glorified little statues and the collecting community surrounding them is absolute dogshit....like worse then transfags and funkofags joining forces.

The trivial allure of Amiibo is gone. They aren't even rare anymore. Most of the scalpers found out they're wasting their time, money, and energy trying to turn their 500% profits. Reprints are finding their way to shelves, retailers are getting smarter at releasing them, and even importing them is affordable.
The only characters that are left are ones that contain little to no content to be scanned. Without that, they are just $14 pieces of shit.
I say this owning about 12. Nobody really gives a fuck about Amiibo hunts anymore even though people are still going to collect them obviously. Just what is there to talk about? No one cares about everyone else's shit taste. "Look at me! I'm a Legend of Zelda fan! xB I got 'em all!!"

2, Donkey Kong and Squid Boy, and I got them to actually use with the game. I also have a splatoon 3 pack but I haven't opened/used it and i'll probably give that away to a friend or something later.
When I get smash bros I might get a couple more to have as computer players since my internet is too shit to play online (that's how they work for that game, right?).
I will be getting Bayonetta when it comes out and maybe a couple of other ones that look neat, I honestly don't know what ones there are. If they ever make a Metal Mario or Waluigi, if they haven't already, I'd like to get those.
