You can try middle man service. Gashapon sets are easily found on amazon Japan once they are out. Or remember to get them that way if you visit Japan one day.

We talked about these in a gashapon thread a month ago. Some guy found a site but it was like minimum 20 pieces an order, so we opted to do a group buy when it came out. I think it releases in march.

Fair is not bro price. It's not a markup either. It's essentially a group buy. Split the shipping equally then everyone puts in however much they want for whatever they wanted. So 4 pieces would be 1200 yen plus whatever the split shipping is.
