Word is Hasbro is satisfied with Marvel Legends being their only 6" figures, given the fact they can use buck bodies and the QC duty on 6" Star Wars has been an expensive nightmare.

They did make that. One of the comic two-packs with middle-age Obi-Wan, which was where the design came from (a completely non-canon story that Clone Wars ripped off of because they thought it was cool) and a Clone Wars 3-pack version that was a Target exclusive, with a generic Nightsister witch.
No 6-inch version, though, if that's what you're wanting.
