they certainly do
though its not an actual issue because they slide right back in and hold pose without trouble
i cant tell if there was a ball joint originally at the top of the elbow piece or not
either way it fits snuggly in
so its no issue
when his arm popped off while i was adjusting his gun pose i did say "damn you skull face"
i love him though
he might be my favorite figure so far
he has a presence thats unmatched!
