Is that the MonsterArts? Just force it in, the hole will stretch out and it will be easily attachable and removable from then on
Had the same problem with my big chap. Just use a blow dryer on his ass for a few seconds and try to get the tail in again. If it doesn't work, just repeat. Now my big chap's tail is always sturdy in his tight little asshole

Use lube and your fingers to gently stretch the hole, then slowly insert the peg.
