Retooled cape and hood.. it isn't all bunched up like the wave 1 figure hood. Different hand.. snow weathering on the boots/cape. Retooled lightsaber that doesn't make a fucking T. Extra lightsaber hilt accessory.. and a snowy base that connects to a companion figure that hasn't been released yet.

Those generally sound like positive changes. The snow base is ugly though, and I don't care for the weathering on Kylo at all.
I'm feeling sorta stuck right now. I don't like the sculpted plastic robes on the SHF, but the Black Series just looks poorly done to me. I hope someone else does a 6" Kylo.
One flame set should be fine.
