I'm pretty much a Japanese figure elitist now, butI'm always open to some Western toys.Earlier today I picked up this Neca Superman on a whim(despite the joint QC issues) and have been pretty thoroughly impressed. Sure its limited in articulation, but despite that he have a lot of character and dynamism in his poses. It's probably earned a place on my top 10 favorite toys this year.

That cape is probably one of the saddest things I've seen on a toy.

I got the Keaton Batman, still looking for Reeve. Sounds like they made some dumb decisions in making it, but I'm not gonna risk missing what I consider one of two definitive looks for Superman.

>Single jointed elbows and knees
>No chest joint
>That fucking cape
Jesus christ NECA are you even trying?

If it's anything like the Batman they made, it has two ball joints in the torso that are hidden by a rubber overlay for his costume.

Huh, I see. That's a good way of doing it I guess, though I worry about the rubber holding up over time.

And why is that? It's perfect, has enough weight to it to hang right, bunches up right, the material is right. I think you need a new hobby.

It's not rubber just soft plastic.
