Black series is Walmart exclusive now, with nothing new announced. Everything else is 5poa cartoon shit.
hasbro seems to be dropping support of 1:18 scale for a lot of their lines.
No, it's not dead.
It's pretty normal for toy companies to put toylines on hold because of something else taking precedence, like the movies.
This is especially true with all those movie toylines bombing in 2007-2012 (Star Trek, Dark Knight, Harry Potter, Hobbit, A-Team, etc), making retailers very very reluncant to order as much as they used to and/or support multiple lines of the same franchise at once.
Once the movie hype dies down retailers will still want to carry Star Wars, which will undoubtedly include the 1:18 line.
