I don't think you understand how poorly Master Asia did. It was absolutely the biggest flop Tamashii Nation had in the entirety of the year. Hell, AmiAmi STILL has some, and it's been discounted to 1.2k for a while now. Even if they expected 5 times the sales for Char, it's still not going to do well, and I can understand their apprehension towards doing more Gundam pilots. I'd expect another in 2 or 3 years, probably to test the waters again.

The head is too small and slightly elongated vertically, face is completely off and similarly elongated, shoulders aren't broad enough, upper chest area doesn't spread with the shoulders compared to belt width, the skirt part of the tunic spreads too much near the belt, suggesting the hips are too wide, arms and legs lack the elbow and knee indents and essentially look like tubes in comparison (and are also too long), and finally the boots aren't even the same shape, and the boot folds around the ankle don't share the same chicken aesthetic. Masaki is good at anime stuff almost exclusively, but push him slightly out of his range and it looks goofed as shit.
