I bought a bundle second-hand and it turns out half of the items are caked in dust.

What is the easiest way to mass clean the ones that don't have stickers? Is a dishwasher viable?

Get a can of compressed air, like for cleaning a keyboard. Or simple rag with warm water.
Goo-gone for the unwanted stickers.

And no, I wouldn't put your toys in the dishwasher.

I tried a rag and compressed air, but there are deep/narrow sockets and joints where the dust is too.

Old toothbrush dipped in a cleaner like Mean Green works wonders for narrow crevices and hard to access areas.

Alright, but right now they're dirty to the point I can't bring them into the house. Will any method to do a 'pre-cleaning' be handling them each one-by-one?

if you aren't worried about the stickers, why not soapy warm water bath?
