It's a fairly crap neighborhood, but the other tenants in my apartment complex are really good with making sure all the mail gets to the right people, especially since the mail guy sometimes gets other people's mail mixed up.
I asked around, and the landlord saw someone from outside the complex take the box from my doorstep through the camera recordings. Not much can be done about it, though.
