Bandai has been blocked selling their SW stuff to the USA. All of HLJ's Bandai SW stuff has been pulled from their site.
People thought Revell, who has the liscenes to sell SW and Force Awakens model kits in the US was behind the block, but Revell claims they had nothing to do with it.
As you said, a person can still get around this by going with Amazon or Ebay to get the Bandai kits, but a big reason why a lot ofpeople are mad is that the Bandai quality on their SW kits is a lot better than the Revell kits, and it pisses off people who feel like they are being forced to buy Revell when there was never this problem with the Fine Molds SW kits from Japan for years.
