Bought little shadow in Feb. Shipped week of 23rd Nov.
How long to wait?

If it shipped on the 23rd, you'll probably get it within the next week or two, depending on where you live in the world. I typically get my ThreeA stuff around 2 weeks after they ship it out (I'm in California).

Thanks! I’m in the UK and had to change the address on it, so I’m kinda anxious
Since this is the only 3A thread, i'll ask here.
Whats your guys's opinion on the 1/12 3a figures? I'm thinking about getting the female base body for custom a custom.
Speaking of 3a, why is the Judge Death still listed as Preorder? I wanna get it, but I have no idea where to get one.
beides BBTS, where can i buy 3A figures?

its 100% released. Picked one up retail in Australia, pretty neat shit
>>5317840
Retail? I wish I was that lucky. I was literally only able to find 2 Mezco Dredds in Retail in the UK. Never even seen 3A in person.

Try eBay, Kidrobot forums, or Facebook groups. I have a fairly large 3A collection but rarely buy new because I don't agree with how shit they are at producing things they have promised. The only reason I found it in Australia is because it was a licensed figure (2000AD comics), I haven't seen any of Woods first party lines in a store either.

It's a pretty decent body. One of your few options at 1/12 scale for a long-legged, relatively realistically styled female body that you can clothe yourself. Only real downside I can think of is that the ankle pegs are mounted vertically so you can only move them on one axis at once (ie, choose between up/down or rocker movement).

here are some pics I took when I got mine;
first some scale comparison shots

then some detailing on the joints

Not that guy, but that's also my real complaint with this base body (took this pic back in 2013); here compared to revoltech Raiden's foot where the peg is mounted diagonally to allow for better range
>>5318175
You can still get some decently wide stances, it's just that the joint isn't as natural to move

Well, they seem pretty great! How's the durability? I'll probably shorten the legs and replace the hands and feet. The revolver joint looks a bit thicker than the foot joint, so i don't think i could replace them with revo joints, but I can probably find something else to switch it with. The lack of neck articulation is a bit disappointing, but I think i'll mess around with it and see if I can add a ball joint in there. If not, i'll just make do.
Where can I buy an edgy 2D?

>The lack of neck articulation is a bit disappointing
forgot to mention it but she does have a balljoint at the base of the neck; it's hidden by the rubbery chest but it's there.
>How's the durability?
I'd say it's pretty good; the only part you've got to be careful with are the thin pegs in her arms as seen there >>5318170

Wow, it really does have a ball joint at the base? I can't even tell. Is it limited from the rubber? I assumed the arm joint would be a bit dangerous, especially the swivel, but worst comes to worst, I could probably fix it pretty easily.
Now I just need to find a body. All I can find on Ebay are 1/6 bodies, and i'm a little hesitent to spend 50 bucks on the whole figure when I don't plan on using it. Also, some of the bodies are clean while others are very dirty. Is there a way to clean off the dirty bodies without scraping off the paint?

>Is it limited from the rubber?
a bit but not much
>I assumed the arm joint would be a bit dangerous
actually it doesn't feel that way whan posing them, normal handling shouldn't bring any trouble

beware the bigger ones don't use balls for the wrists but separate wristjoints, and these tend to break (it happened to me). As for the dirty bodies I don't know much; I assume one could get rid of the paint on the plastic parts, not so sure for the rubbery ones
Warbot + Zomb arrived this week, love these guys!
