I think the 3A females look fine because the proportions are weird enough that it fits the stylized look of the faces. Whether or not someone actually likes the faces is up to them, but it doesn't necessarily clash with the body they're on.

The round face sculpt is 100% similar to pic on the bottom left with the bear suit. Lips are similar to the little shadow on the right. Eyes barely has characteristics, looks like something off adventure time but bear suit (passcha) has it as well but not as long. Nose is the bear suit girl again.

What is said is that the style is a generic art style that has been around since at least the 1920s that has inspired generations of artists, including Ashley Wood. No one can lay claim to that style, thus any toy being released today can ever be called a rip off of anything except for the unknown original artist from the 1920s or before.
