I think he's really great! Personally I think he's the best Vader by far (I also own the SHF and BS Vader so I can actually compare). The cape is made of a sort of microfiber material so it blends really well and actually looks good compared to the usual soft goods that we get in this scale.
The only real problem you might have with it is how his neck movement is pretty limited. Someone wrote up a simple mod on how to fix it here: [spoiler]http://thefwoosh.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=91009&start=195#p2842551[/spoiler]
Having tried it myself, it's actually really simple and it fixed the only problem I had with the figure.

I have the Mafex Bats 2.0, and mine also has some qc issues:
-one of the arms is badly assembled and protrudes a little more than the other
-one of the wrist joints can't stay in one piece, it always comes apart ad makes posing his right hand almost impossible
-one knee is loose and makes it hard for him to stand (at least this is canon)
-also I think his Bale head is badly assembled in that this gives him a giraffe neck (the hole for the joint is too close to the bottom).
Apart from that he's an amazing figure as the sculpt (that Bale head is especially good) and engineering are great; his cape also is really well made, is easy to pose and looks very cool.
I 'd say he's both one of the best and worst figures I've owned.
Will definitely get this Batfleck, only hope they'd make a Keaton Batman too...

I literally have none of those problems. God knows what I did right, but I've already played with the figure a lot, swapped the hands/heads, got him into ninja poses etc. and he's still as good as when I opened him. No loose joints, no incorrectly assembled parts, not even limbs popping out.
The QC sounds like it's mixed across the board then, so I guess I'm just happy enough that I actually got one that not only made me look at Mafex more favorably but also allowed me to enjoy what I think is the best 1/12 Nolan Batman figure by far.
