Why? Your model is terrible, not in that it's actually terrible but just so soul crunchingly boring and bland- it's not unique in any way and has no features or fun build ups or awesome interior to even make an impression as a cool MOC, let alone the kind of widespread appeal that would be needed to capture the fans attention and get it all the votes you would need. Which, by the way, even if it did happen, which it never, ever would, Lego would immediately shut it down because Dark Forces and Kyle Katarn have been retconned out of existence by Disney, so you can expect merchandise from them never.
