The only RAH I have to compare Os with is Agito. Os has a little bit less articulation and his feet don't even have a joint to move up and down so they always have to be flat and the tora claws are kinda scratching the yellow lines on the suit's arms but at the same time they also hide it. Without the stand OOO starts leaning forward on his feet till he falls. My Agito has this problem too but I just use the stand.

Pacing. The Knuckle/Kurokage set didn't even show up until the last month of the show and that's when the Dark Gaim ones hit. Kurokage Shin was in November and Ryugen Yomi came out in December. Main 4 set in the spring, and then new lockseeds in the summer onward with the gaidens.
Then think about what came out in those gaps, particularly heavy in the spring. The exclusive Arms Change sets, plenty of Figuarts, and the Gaim Blurays. The Jam lockseed definitely wasn't as important as those.
Now that the Gaidens are done it's a great time for some more merch. There's the one last lockseed and the fruit itself, there's the promise of the mask collection, there's the RAH, and then there's a ton of final Figuarts prototypes to maybe make.

Metal Heroes looks like a good set, a bit pricey but it isn't even Sentai so anyone feeling the need to collect shouldn't care if they don't like it. ToQger has like 25 keys no one cares about and costs 29999. I'm currently using a couple of Black Series Stormtroopers as my stock villains for the rest of my toy collection. As much as I think they are very expressive, they aren't the best articulated figures in the world and I'd like to replace them with some Figuarts.
What Toku would anons recommend to buy 2-4 of as generic enemy footsoldiers? Need to be reasonably priced (maybe 3000-4000Y) as I need to buy multiple, being fairly expressive (although that isn't generally a problem with Bugmen and the like), be readily available on sites like Amiami or Mandarake and if possible have a decent range of hands and a weapon. A lot to ask I know but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe look into some of the other generals and stuff then. Wizard's Phantoms, OOO's Greeeds, some of the Zodiarts from Fourze, and some of the evil riders like Abyss and Ouja go for less than 3000 on Manda, and can add some sick ass designs for your figures to deal with.

Yeah, the break gun works quite well since it's technically the same guy. If I used the BreakGun I'd be more pressed to use Mashin Chaser's hands to give off a more "monstrous" look-- if that makes sense.
If I used the DoorGun I'd have to paint the wrist guards black on the pair of hands for Type Speed.

You are either looking at very old SICs (not recommended, articulation is shit and they break very easily), SIC Takumi Damashiis (very small, unposeable statues), or SIC Kiwami Tamashii/Ultimate Souls (only 4" tall, well articulated, but very barebones with almost no accessories compared to their fullsized counterparts).
You should consider yourself very lucky if you find a modern, fullsized SIC for under $20...

Specifically for VR Troopers, Metalder (the main character's suit), Spielban (the other two) and later Shaider (the main character's "upgraded" suit). It's why during battle scenes, the main guy and the other two are rarely, if ever, seen together. The only time they were in a group was when they were using the cheaper American-made suits that were obviously cheap spandex and modified Power Ranger helmets.

This idea of the post-Decade Riders following a pattern of having design elements paying homage to old non-Rider Ishinomori Heroes really unheard of? It's more than a coincidence.

I don't have a "100 secrets of Kamen Riders" type of books saying it is so, but to a point it is something they are doing intentionally.

I got Blade.It was a huge milestone for Tamashii Nations and a lot of good work was put into it. However still has issues like the tiny head.
That issue is even more pronounced when you have it next to SHFSS and current SHF. Like I got him AFTER acquiring some SHFSS and Drive SHF. When getting Blade after getting used to those, it certainly felt weird to look at it.
You might end up having to wait a while for it to come out though unless Tamashii Nations starts focusing on the lines production so that releases come out sooner.
