I don't know, between the revo and the figure arts I can't say I'm really leaning toward either.
Revo is known for their ridiculous dynamicism when it comes to poses, but it's Ultron, how ridiculous is he going to need to be posed? I don't recall the live action Ultron moving in any exotic way either, so the need for revo joints is kind of pointless to me. The detailing doesn't seem to be that great either.

I don't really find woody all that attractive. I was really disappointed by how the hot toys and figuarts totally dropped the ball on his butt sculpt. His butt in the movie is sculpted to damn perfection, tony stark really knows how to make a wonderful ass. The revoltech is the only one that gets close to how pronounced it is, plus, his torso sends off the kind of masculine vibe that I adore.
Freakazoid figure would be a lot of fun though. There used to be a few toys of him back in the day, but none of them were really good. I remember someone made a really neat custom figure of him off of one of those marvel select figures or something.

It's a hand-painted protoype they use for public showings. They always have weird bits like that or the paint cracking around the neck of the jacket, because they're usually carted around to all manner of events and not handled all that great.

Ehh, honestly I don't really think the differences are that significant. I also think people tend to overrate the articulation of Figuarts. I often find that they have a lot of joints, but some can be poorly thought out, or have unsatisfying range (torso joints in particular). At least in my experience.

Not trying to sound like an ass, but that's the excuse everyone who can't pose their figures in a meaningful way throws around here. You're just exaggerating for the sake of defending yourself.
This is not about being unable to have fun if you try to do some better poses or being forced to recreate perfect scenes, that's just hyperbole. If your going to upload a picture you're exposed to criticism, so at the very least you could do a better job with those poses unless you want someone to point out that they could be better.
If you have interest in it, you can get way better at posing your figures AND still enjoy them. Maybe you even enjoy them even more.
I tried to pose my Metabee the same way as yours but tweaking some things here and there. Even if you're thinking that I'm being a dick right now, try to pose your Metabee like this. Just copy this pose and take a look at it when you finish. You will have to admit that it looks better, it wasn't that difficult to achieve, and you yourself managed to pose it like that. Just trying to show you that improving your posing skills can be really fun too for a toy collector.
If you don't want to follow my advice, that's completely fine too. Your toys, your rules. But be aware that people here can be way harsher than this. I'm seriously just trying to help, no one is born knowing how to do these things.

Fuck you, I like the dopey faces, it's something I've been wanting since they announced Classics, but they fucked up on it. They even could have just packed alt heads for the turtles in later waves with other characters like Krang, April, Shredder, and Splinter or something, but nooooooooooope. The line plummeted to hell after they fucked up Rocksteady and Bebop and the movie Turtles had awkward as hell face choices and the distribution was abysmal.

Went into A-1 comics in roseville today, ended up walking out with the D-arts Wargreymon. He's actually really neat, aside from a few flaws. Really enjoy the metallic paint on him. Plus, they had a sale so I ended up getting him for 26.51.
