Not him, but years ago I bought three legit figmas from a chinese ebay seller for a good price. The rule of thumb is not buying from china, but if you have half a brain and some common sense it's easy to tell the difference between the few legit listings and the fishy as fuck ones.

The thing circled in red is held in by gravity. One little bump and it comes flying off
The green circle around Saori's head is suppose to have a little ladder piece. It's too short so it doesn't fit in the little notches. I'm guessing why it's not in this image
The pegs for the lights circle in orange are too small so it doesn't fit in it's hole

It's in there. You need to cut part of it, look at the instructions.
This is a model kit, so having to use glue to attach some pieces is the norm.

For the price I was expecting LESS quality. They cheaped out most of it (no paint, trying to get most of the detail using the minimum amount of separate pieces, leaving the tools as an extra set) so the price doesn't get out of the charts and still made a good job with this thing.
I don't know what where you expecting, but for the size this tank isn't all that expensive.
