I'm actually alright with that. As someone who only want Godzilla, Voltron, and maybe Bender and Alien Queen it thinned out a lot of stuff I wasn't interested in. Alien Queen and Godzilla should be easy due to size, and Bender is 1/6 and odds are people are going to want him so I can always trade him off

Somehow I found Ash at Target, they had three of them and they were all marked down to $6 when none of the other POPs were. Strange especially for one of the ones thats harder to find in stores

I see theres a circle abouve the neck that's glued on. I could chisel it off with a needle and remove the head from the neck and then plug the other head on and reglue it

It just depends really. I was working on one that had a nice head, but poor body QC, so I bought another that was the opposite to swap them out and return the faulty one.
I boiled water and then held the head under for a minute or two. The newer ones seem to just have a small neck peg so the head just pops off easily so long as the head is softened first.

I dunked his legs in boiled water, stood him on a flat surface and pushed the head down slightly so the feet would be pressured into the right position as they cooled, then popped him in the freezer for a few minutes to set. This process will work with lots of different vinyl toys, I got it from the G1 pony collectors.
