Just cherrypick shitlords. This year I got Kylo Ren black series and Pizza Spidey along with Imperialdramon and Kuuga renewal figuarts. All 4 are good figures, doesn't matter what brand.
While I do feel like 3.75 has been....screwed over the past few years in favor of the renewed interest in 6inch scale. Hasbro is uselly pretty good at finding whats bullshit put out by the bean counters and what fans want. I mean they restructured the G.I.Joe two line after fans complained and got some amazing figures from it.
So I'm willing to over look knowing they'll be fixed later in the line.

Oh, and word of advice, as I am no experiencing this with my figure, and it'll probably be the same for the other black series Poe. Do not put the helmet on. Any time you take it off it'll scratch the sides of his hair and take off some paint.

Yes, I found mine at the Toy's R Us, in Sterling Heights, MI, a couple of days ago, they had like 5 sitting there. He was the only TFA black series figures besides Chewbaccaa and Finn they had there, of course.
Here's what I have so far. I got Kylo Ren and The First Order Stormtrooper on Force Friday at a Wal-Mart by me.
They had a Poe Dameron at another Wal-Mart but his face looked so poorly scuplted, and I had already bought the aforementioned Kylo & Trooper, and a bunch of other 3.75" figs, and I figured he wasn't going to be that rare, so I didn't buy him. Of course now I'm kicking myself because he was wave 2 and it was a mistake to either ship them out or put him on display on Force Friday and I can't find him anywhere.
I have seen a single Constable Zuvio at one store, but didn't care to get him. I want Guavian Enforcer and of course Phasma but haven't seen either of them anywhere. I went into a Target by me today looking for them (mostly Phasma at this point), and I saw Poe with Riot Stormtrooper and I picked them up because I had never even heard of this pair, let alone seen one, and just as I grabbed it, seconds later another guy came in the isle looking for Black Series figures that weren't Finn.
Really want Phasma and just kinda want Guavian Enforcer, but I don't want to buy them online, part of the fun of having them is the hunt to collect them - I go out a couple of times a week when I'm running other errands to look for them.
Definitely don't want Finn, Rey, or Chewbacca though.

I got my Poe & Riot Stormtrooper at Target. But yeah, I know, I didn't even know about this pair, so I snatched it figuring I could return it if it wasn't that rare, but its a stormtrooper and Poe and both of those are hard to come by individually - and looking prices up on Ebay, it's going for at least $10-$20 over sale price, so that's good.
I saw the TIE Fighter at Grand Rapids (MI) Comic Con at one of the vendors a week and a half ago, and when I picked up my Snowtrooper from TRU, they had one there as well.
