There's this set, the Nendoroid More Face Swap, you can get one and chance which one you get or order the whole set, but they're pretty pricey now. I swear they were on crunchyroll the other day for 6$ a pop, but the listing vanished. Other than that, you'd have to just get the faces that come with the figures.

Well, I saw a few episodes of the anime, so I think the expressions are good, and nendo looks good in general.
Now, the "power name plate" and the background are cheap accessories IMHO. I'm not a fan of the anime, so I'll pass this one.

I haven't bought any Nendoroids but I've been looking at them and they look gorgeous!
I've been debating between this Ryuko one and the Link Wind Waker one. They both look amazing.
Do any of you have thoughts on which one may be better quality or become rarer etc.?

I just got my Snake nendo a few days ago (after paying customs for him too, guess he couldn't sneak through).
He's alright, a bit head heavy and the torso section does come off when I'm posing him around. But it stays fixed when holding the pose.
My first nendo purchase, won't be my last, but was expecting him to be a bit larger.

Alright, so I've braced for the "ham-hands" replies, but here goes:
My girlfriend got Isabelle as a valentines gift. The package was damaged upon arrival (just thrown in a bag, no bubble wrap or support).
I've just gotten her home and out of the box, and her Hair bun is not attached; it's snapped on the step where the bells should be connected.
I really want to avoid informing the gf that there was an issue. I was thrilled to receive the gift, and it would really take it away from her if there was an issue, so I'd like to avoid it if at all possible. So my questions are:
1) Is there any remote action I could take to get a replacement piece. Since the figure is out of print I'm assuming that's a big no. I've heard stories in the past of these issues being brought up, and the customer receiving a few dollars in credit as compensation, and that was the end of it.
2) What is the my best bet at getting the bun reattached. The damaged area will be covered by her bells, so I don't really care what it does cosmetically so long as it will hold

Doubt you can get a replacement in any form anon but if the hair bun was just snapped it seems a careful touch of good glue will hold it in place. Just make sure it doesn't spill over and just let it dry.

Ok guys, need some tips. What is the best way to get these appleheaded fuckers to stand upright *without* having to use the enclosed stand?
I have some nice enclosed, multilevel display boxes I'd like to use but the clunky stands sorta take up more than their fair shore of room.
I tried using the yellow sticky tac, and it doesn't have enough stick to counter the massive gravitational pull that Gilgamesh's head puts out.
I just ordered Mako and Shoyo Hinata. I'll probably get snake as well in preparation for the Raiden nendo. After that I may have to pull out of buying nendos for a little bit I feel like I'm spending too much

There's a kiosk store in Mall of America that sells Japanese import goods specifically from anime/manga/video games. Pretty cool shop. They have tons of Nendos there. There's also a store called Tomodachi just down the hall that sells Japanese import stuff, of a much wider variety. They've got some gunpla stuff and Kamen rider figures though. Pretty cool! Haven't felt like paying the steep price for one yet though.

The quality will look really rough. 3D prints don't have the same level of texture and feel than a typical Nendo would and that would be on the cheaper end of the spectrum for 3D print materials.
It's a neat idea if you need smaller parts and you can do the polishing yourself.

I had a Snake Nendo preordered from Amiami but had to cancel it because I didn't think I'd have the funds to cover him on the release date. I ended up preordering from Crunchyroll because it was the only place that had him up for preorder after the fact. He ended up releasing everywhere and Crunchyroll keeps pushing the release date on their site further and further away. I noticed he's in stock on Amiami now so should I just contact Crunchyroll to cancel the order and get him from Amiami after all?
