Even if there's an issue with Kirby, the worst that'll happen is that he'll get delayed. But considering that it looks like the final product has already been manufactured, that seems unlikely at this point. Snagged Ocarina Link today. He's both an improvement and yet a step back from the Skyward Sword version. I feel like he really was meant to be 4" given his sometimes sloppy sculpt, especially on his sword's sheath, but I do prefer the ankle joints on this version versus the double-ball joints we had before(They're swivel-hinge, though I'd have liked them inverted). Also, his wrists, thankfully, are about the same angle this time around, so it won't be as awkward to have things that aren't swords held in his sword hand.
That said, whoever sculpted him clearly sculpted his right arm to be in a shield-ready position, you can't get that arm as close to the body as the left nor can you straight the elbow fully. I might see if I'm ok with Skyward having huge hands if they're compatible, because overall, that's the only real issue I have with that version, personally.
I found a single Metroid at Toys R Us, and it drove me home.

Other m and most other Samus suits have the same silhouette, I know, but among metroid fans the super metroid/prime2 varia suits are accepted as the best-designed iconic Samus.
