Webhallen have a lot of play-arts I think and SFBok usually have some stuff too plus there's sites coming and going all the time specializing in japanese stuff, but I'm sure that every store here overcharges because supply/demand, you might get lucky with some in-EU site in the UK or Germany like amazon or Ebay, some Amazon UK stores ship from Japan and if they are marked as "Free UK delivery" it's basically free to all of the EU. But as long as your order is under 1400 SEK you don't have to pay customs (men momsen på 25 % slipper du aldrig om det inte är markerat som "gift") so HLJ and amiami are usually your best bets.
