I bought 2 non-tans for custom fodder. Hips-joint is too low so the thighs have a gap with the bikini bottom, joints are squeaky tight and not the right flesh color (pink instead of the more cream-color of the skin) and might break easily, holes for pegs are shallow, paint apps are sloppy, CA glue used to attach the bikini bottom to the torso is excessive and sloppily applied (looks like she got jizzed on), one of mine had two left hands of one of the 5 different hand-sets, and half of the joints are in upside-down. If you have the skills to make the fixes, have at it. If you don't have raging autism on details (yes, I know where we are) then it's not bad for a cheap stand-in, just keep in mind that like all bootlegs the paint is lead-based so wash your hands before touching your mouth or any living person or creatures (especially kids and pets). Check /customs/ for more pics.

Revoltech has that covered with stuff like the Rathalos Hunter packing the GS and Sword&Shield.
If a figma hunter comes around for MH5 then I would imagine either the new weapon they could introduce being the primary and one of the classics as the 2nd weapon but I can also see them giving a hunter one main weapon and smaller accessories like the steak, potion, or carving knife. It depends if they would pack a hunter with a lot of accessories similar to Figma Ninja Slayer and SatzBatz Knight.

Hey people just wanting to know what the deal is with figma knockoffs and what you guys think of them.
I bought one (pls no bully) and thought it was a pretty good figure (damn good actually seeing as it was $18 AUS/13ish US), to give you a reference a shitty mcfarlane halo figure costs like $25 here, it was mikasa from AoT if you care.
I am a poorfag that doesnt have the money for real figmas right now (especially because in australia we get raped on prices and im a student), i was thinking of buying a couple more fakes (SAO kirito and Asuna), because i can get them for $31 AUD/$23ish US for BOTH which is a fair bit less than half of what it would cost me to get just ONE of them if i went for a real figma. I was just wondering whether anyone had bought/seen in real life either of these two and could tell me if they were any good.
My second question is why do only some figmas get knockoffs? i am clearly too late to get a ryuko at stores so now my only choice is ebay where they are about $200 australian at best which i am 100% certain i will never bring myself to pay, why does that not have a knockoff? how do they decide which ones to make knockoffs of because i figured they would have a knockoff Rei and Asuka as well but they dont.
Anyway sorry for the long wall of writing but i didn't know where else to ask this. thanks for anyone that answers
