I have it. It looks great but is cheaply made. All plastic and it feels like the dude is gonna break off of the platform when you lift it up to change the batteries.

Funko would have done a better job
What are some cool 1/1 scale toys?
Here to cash in on your deep rooted desire for Toy Story to be something other than fiction.
Do Lego count? After the movie and all that.
Shinkis
hey /toy/ I recently started collecting the Nintendo Power line of action figures and i wanted to know if there's any other toys aside from Samus, Mario, and Luigi.
Pics are related, its the first two that i bought
I know this would seem like something to go to /v/ for but since these are toys I thought what better place to look for than /toy/. Also for outside opinions too.
I vaguely remember those. I don't think they lasted very long. They were pretty expensive for a long time due to their obscurity and lack of other options.
If you're just looking for Nintendo characters, the last couple of years have seen a lot of new figures that are much better than those old things. Is there a particular reason you're after the Nintendo Power line specifically?
>>5681201
I'm a big Nintendo fan and plus I've always wanted to start a collection of figures or toys that i could be proud of and so when I heard of these and how old they were I just had to start collecting them
I'm just looking to see if there's some more out there that haven't been seen in a while aside from the one's I already mentioned

Does anyone have the MOC picture from a few threads ago, of the swamp beast with an upside-down t-rex for a nose and mouth? I thought that was genius.
Keep on keepin' on edition.

A good thread usually means the shitbags will double down on their autism in the next thread, time to watch out. =\
All that Kreo pics kinda make me want to hunt down some and paint them to make pic related.
And maybe Dai Atlas and Ginrai too.
Sup guys you like my new armored batman that I just bought today for $30? It's all metal and you can take it off the armor, I'm gonna put it over my gaming pc when I finish it.
Shameless self bump
Eh I don't like those funko type toys. but If you enjoy it that's what really matters
>>5678741
I saw it in stores once and it caught my eye but I decided to just wait for the Armored batman nendo.
For those unfamiliar, "Plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model." If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.

Being a Sinanju is just suberashii
Anyone know of a good way to make roller wheels like the green frame from the manga?
Somewhat related. I'm modeling a guncannon detector. Can you guys give me some opinions about the proportions? As you can see the hands, feet, and head are only blocked in for now. The backpack hasn't been started at all. Details and small touches are far from being done.

That face alone is really tempting. I do wish he was just a bit smaller though. Any shots of his combined alt mode? And it's a shame he doesn't have a base mode. I mean, I know he doesn't have one in the comics, but I'm a sucker for base modes.
>>5676143
Thought he did have a base mode. Was mentioned in the review that the reviewer just wasn't allowed to show it yet.
>>5676158
Oh shit really? That would be the tipping point for me getting this. I'll wait and see.
Hey /toy/, I purchased pic related for 14$ and I was wondering if it is worth keeping. Aside pics I will be posting showing some key disappointments, the figure stands and arms stay in place when posed. I bought this for display, not for resale.
It smells too, but I cleaned it and will be cleaning again.
>>5675840
What pose did you expect it to be capable of besides standing still and Frankenstein arms?
>>5675848
That's actually what I was expecting.
Now that the hype has died down, are you getting the standard Link or the DX Edition? I had the DX on pre-order, but I'm going to cancel it since a rupee and bomb aren't worth the extra shill.
Also, fuck Max Factory for locking away the items behind a special edition
I thought the DX version also got the Tornado Rod and FX parts for it
I pre-ordered the DX version off the GSC online shops before they clarified that it was only a shop exclusive in Japan.
I was pretty upset after I found out a lot of US based shops will carry it.
>>5675573
It will, but I would have mostly gotten it for the bomb and hookshot
Since there are no Cloth Myth / Saint Seya general, kicking off one!
Did any of you guys pre-ordered the D.D. Panoranations? If so, where?
Aquila Yuna when?
>>5675268
is there a way to just get the stair case type things?

>Hobby Search Japan - items stay in stock the longest
>Mandarake - search figma or フィグマ

The S shape is always good advice though. The basic idea is that straight lines tend to look stiff.

Now that the game is out and it turned out to be amazing, it's about time someone made a figure of the Doomslayer.

ThreeA has the license. Hopefully they don't pull off a Master Chief.
I don't care if the game is actually good or not, I want a figure of CLASSIC Doomguy.
