I just got my astray red frame perfect grade but I can't understand the marking guide enough to be comfortable with actually putting the markings on. Anyone got an english translation of it?

You mean this? You don't really need to understand the moonrunes, most of it is just telling you to put on the same marking on the other limb and/or on the inside of the limb as well.

Yes, you should buy a wig cap. All vinyl can stain. Plus, it will help the wig stay on better. I have only used silicon wig caps, but I keep lighter wigs on my dolls and all of my wigs have nude or white fabric for the base.
