I dug up my old creepy crawler oven over Christmas while visiting my parents and found a pile of my molds from my youth and some from the 60s that were my father's I also found a ton of goop. I have been having a little trouble while cooking the goop and I was wondering if anyone here knows the cook times for the old and newer molds

Always bake your bugs an extra three minutes so that they burn and look more natural, especially with that bright ass goop they had in the 90's.

And at 8 minutes they still are gooey

I tried the built-in timer and it burnt them to black ash and stunk up my workshop. If anyone has any additional help or experience that would be extremely helpful?

I've decided that I'm going to purchase an action figure of this guy, all of them that iv'e seen are incredibly detailed and delicate.

Any advice on which one I should get?

Wait till Bandai releases the S.H. Figuarts, see how that turns out, then make your decision.

Assuming Bandai doesn't fuck up much, your best part will either be the S.H. Figuarts or expensive Hot Toys. Or the LEGO kit if you don't mind inaccuracy; it looks pretty fun to build.

>Any advice on which one I should get?
The answer to this question is always "Wait for the Figuarts". You know it in your heart to be true.

Unless you wanna drop the cheddar on Hot Toys, and those are really mandolls, anon.
>>
>>5364757
You should wait for the forthcoming Bandai SH Figuarts version. It'll probably have the best balance of detail, articulation and sturdiness unless Hot Toys ever decide to make one.

Hoestly OP You're not missing much.
while Revo Skelly is still one of my favorite toys he's flimsy as fuck. Mine mostly just sits in well...sitting poses on my desk. He doesn't fit on his base very well, and if he's standing a fleck of dust landing on him will topple him over.

Honestly, the revoltech skeleton is the best figure I've ever gotten. Worth every fucking penny. Just wish I got two when they were still 30 bucks at the beginning of the year.
If you feel yours is too flimsy, like this anon >>5364317 just take a little bit of floor polish and it'll be nice and tight in just a few minutes. If you know how to take care of toys, and aren't prone to ham handing, then it's definitely worth at least 50 bucks.

Yes, it's been confirmed that there's a special colour edition in the works. We don't know when he'll be released in 2016, though. Datong is also making one.

brah, the reason why a special colour version would exist is because Bandai can't reissue it (due to exclusivity), lol.

172 KB,
I'm pretty much a Japanese figure elitist now, butI'm always open to some Western toys.Earlier today I picked up this Neca Superman on a whim(despite the joint QC issues) and have been pretty thoroughly impressed. Sure its limited in articulation, but despite that he have a lot of character and dynamism in his poses. It's probably earned a place on my top 10 favorite toys this year.

It's a HT, so don't expect extreme posability or really great range of motion. This will probably limit some of the cuh-razy poses Raiden does in the game.

Buuut it's a pretty detailed HT, so it's going to look great in whatever pose you can get it in. Display it somewhere prominent and it's guaranteed to at least garner a comment or two.
>>
>>5361478
Looks nice, but if you want a Raiden that can actually be posed and replicate moves from the game, get the Revoltech.
