terrible waist but probably the best figure of that character

The only legends i have are Scarlet Spider and Machine Man, but i found Scarlet Spider to be a pretty neat figure. He has plenty of articulation and swappable hands, so you he's great to pose. They also did a great job incorporating the logo design onto the ab crunch, so when you lean him back or forward his logo doesn't have a weird missing gap in it.

Only real complaints would be the lack of articulation at the base of the neck, some of the joints being a bit stiff and mine had a weird smudge of...

His head is well sculpted, really evokes the right feeling of Scarlet Spider. The eyes unfortunately have an ugly black outline, they should have none at all. The hood and drawstrings are a pretty lazy/ugly sculpt, and they didn't bother to sculpt torn edges where the sleeves were ripped off his hoodie. The base body they used is generally pretty solid, I'd recommend it.

Overall, it's a decent figure that could have been done better. But it's at least better than the old Spiderman Classics...

But it isnt much of the same a Licence that pretty much using a Brand.

Sure it is easy to say "what ever movie related"
But im talking more "BRANDS" that are not related to a story or a movie or a cartoon.

Star Trek TOS phaser by Diamond Select.

The screw on the battery cover is shit. The head strips way too easily. Thank god I got the screw out this time, but if I put it back in, it's probably never coming back out.

I need a new one, but I don't know what type of screw to get. I emailed Diamond Select a week ago hoping to get the specs, but they haven't responded. Anyone know what type of screw I'll need?

Put the screw into a bag so you don't loose it. Take it to Home Depot. They have an entire aisle of tiny screws. I had to do the same thing recently for one of my battery covers. I guarantee you that it's just a standard screw and you will be able to find another one cheap.

This but try something like an Ace Hardware. They tend to carry the smaller sized screws. Especially when it comes to metric which I'm guessing this would be.

Can someone explain to me why these X-Plus vinyl chew toys cost around $200-$300 each? I mean they're only twelve inches tall and have no articulation, so why would I get these instead of an S.H.MonsterArts? Let me guess it's because they're so accurate and detailed, you guys are getting scammed!

The '54 isn't that much. The MSRP is $160 (luckily, I got it for $120).
I have no idea how they justify the obscene cost of these things but they are damn fine. I'd prefer a little more heft but the sculpts are phenomenal.

best method is to buy the $10 Harbor Freight "dremel" tool and make a jig. I put a bushing opposite the "dremel" and it was held in place by a hole but thru a 1x4 and a zip tip. Make sure you've got a loop b/c those fucking cars fly now. Literally just a blur until post loop. I wound up busting out some old rubber tire cars my dad has b/c I was wearing the rivets out in under an hour.
