He's woken up in a pile of mimes of various races, with aboleth mucus all over everyone, wearing nothing but a cockring of localized invisibility(Penis), because apparently mimes can't get off on a visible dick.
He's also come to and vomited an angry, sexually frustrated, pixie who was wearing a ring of acid resistance as a belt, and had at least two other enchantments to survive in him. Along with the pixie were some partially digested Psilocybin mushrooms, which the pixie tried to rape his nose with, possibly because he puked her up too early, thus blue-ovary-ing her.
He really needs to stop doing these things.He won't.

Not made up, it's just backstory I came up with for my hedonistic bastard of a Sorcerer. And mostly to screw with the straight-laced Wood Elf ranger, if conversation ever goes that way.
Character lives his life like there's no tomorrow, because there isn't, if he can't do something about his Red Dragon Great x15 Grandma and her Dracolich ritual that requires the blood, flesh, and souls of the 18 generations of descendants. The only reason he's STILL alive is that she's finicky as fuck, and wants his body and soul to acquire a good seasoning for her 'nommage. She's currently got the other 17 generations, from his High elf pops to his Half-Dragon Great x14 granddad locked in her hoard in magical stasis.
When I try to come up with a backstory, I go balls deep.

Any PC worth his salt has done some shit. NPCs should be the one who have seen some shit.
Blame the DM for it since it was the backstory he gave me.

I wasn't able to get into the mindset of the game that the DM wanted so said just make me a character, he handed me this fucked up traveling circus of a character and NPCs.
My characters origin story is basically the plot of the tomb raider reboot. so yeah, she's seen some shit.

The people are sometimes cursed with "not dying right", which means after grandma dies of her illness she might get up and try to strangle grandpa.
There's orcs to the west, a psycho kingdom where everyone wears masks to the east, and demonland in the north.
Nobody invades except the demons, either because Ustalav isn't worth the dirt it's built on or because ghosts reenact medieval trench warfare every summer.
