I was actually reading through this again the other night. One thing that would be really helpful, if admittedly a pain for you to update I expect, is if you put some kind of shorthand mark on characters and/or powers (as relevant). Like for example a colored circle in the corner.
In particular, indicators that I would find helpful are ones showing: 1) This character/power makes the life orb or some other benefit obsolete or substantially obsolete; 2) This character practically requires dream home (and if a power removes this necessity); 3) This character practically requires welfare (and if a power removes necessity); 4) Character retains powers and/or gifts you don't pick. 5) I mention this mostly because Andrea specifically has an ability to deal with it - whether there is reproductive compatibility. That struck me as unusual, because a lot of the other girls are so alien there is a legitimate question about this at least equal to Andrea. Thematically, it's usually not an issue in these kinds of CYOAs, but Andrea raises the common sense issue by possessing it.
I don't make these suggestions because you have dropped the ball - I think you can logically figure things out 9/10 times. It would just clear up those few cases where it's fairly debatable and make it easier to understand at a moment's glance. I know this would be a major hassle, but I am just throwing this out there for you as a point to consider. Overall, I think you do an excellent job.

I try to be pretty explicit in it. If any transformation says you'll be "genuine" or "just like me," then it comes with immortality. As default no one keeps their items (or if they do, they won't use them), however a couple may explicitly say it. It would be a bit much to add all that, but I can see why you might want to know. As a rule of thumb, you can have children with anyone... even slimes and ghosts and things... Andrea's a special case because she's a manmade robot & that's extra functionality you're dealing with.

Metabolism prevents permanent extra weight, but it may still take a few hours to disappear. With the library bonus, that is removed. Which is helpful for her to maintain a "little sister" aesthetic. The library technically lets you access other information, yes, but all you're directly given is a tidbit to help out with your roommate. In many cases, you need the librarian's help for more complicated boons. But in either case, you do have access to the whole thing, if you can learn it. There are ways to get immortality for someone else without an Orb of Life... just not through Pan. Most of the transformative options don't have strict limits saying they can only be used once, just that they need to be used sparingly or they'll cause unrest.

I didn't look at every single option; Pan was just so obviously the low maintenance one that wouldn't cause my life to uproot, so I mainly focused on her blessings.
The part at the very beginning when she's talking about washing each other's hair was a bit confusing at first; she referred to the options above, but you were meant to pick from one of the options below that. I had to read a few times to understand clearly.

The issue is one of purposeful vagueness to think up what you like (which I think is fine) versus vagueness in cases where there are hard rules that exist. The life orb, for example, applies to "full transformations." You can take this in a very strict sense, but there is a gradation where some are hard to call in my opinion. This is a nontrivial issue when making choices. Slime or Caldera transformation obviously qualifies. But what about Fei La's lesser demonify or becoming an avatar for Omne? Neither seem like strict transformations (and wouldn't be by a very hard reading) but I think they're fairly debatable. This extends to the other issues I brought up. Just something to contemplate.

I would be the second in command ruler for the New Nazi state. Our rule would be harsh and laws draconian but we would safe guard our people and always have their well being in mind. Has no past, few personal desires or interests, and little hope of ever escaping the military. Hated by its allies for what it represents, and by its enemies for what it's done. When given free reign in combat, it prefers to rely on shock-and-awe to quell enemy forces before they can rally against it, but is capable of stealth and subterfuge when necessary.
It's been running black ops for the government for decades, and lost almost everything that made it a person. It no longer even pretends to have a gender.

I've had a question on the Library Access perk that I've never gotten around to. Do you get just the one visit or do you get lifetime usage of the library. True you're only paired with one type of Supernatural Individual but if OSCI is trying to help them integrate on a larger scale it would stand to reason you'd be meeting more of them, especially if you have a social job. Manifest constantly and through Worship and Dominate quickly set myself up as a divine ruler in an area unclaimed by other deities. I spread my religion and culture by touching items which are seen as "holy" with complicate. I develop government sects that are essentially cults of personality centered around me, and the exemplars of these sects are blessed with Impart (Court Mages), Harmonize and Beautify (Priest Artists) or Paragon (Regional Leaders). Any of these powers I can remove thanks to Sever should a vassal prove rebellious. I supplement the army with intelligent golems obtained from executions of the nation's criminal class, I use Impart and Paragon on them if they can work on creations. Incursions and curses from other essence wielders I can sever thanks to Purify.
Of those who I've used impart on who have served exemplarily, I use Smite/Banish on to raise them up to divinity as a means to begin forming my own pantheon. Shield/Barrier should be enough protection should they prove unruly. It'd need to be more than 50% rebelling to really depose me.
This system I setup should make me fairly safe in regards to others messing up my shit. The nation keeps within its borders and only really expands when nearby provinces request to join the theocracy. There will be missionaries though. I spend most of my time looking at means to enhance my own essence and really mostly on delegation.

Basic idea here is to use Self-Improvement to boost my Mental 3 ability, making me the smartest thing on the planet. Once I find out what the petty cult that summoned me is into, I will mind control/stealth my way away, killing if necessary, or making them forget my existence, and taking Lindsey Reyes with me (also an unwilling conspcript of the cult).
Spend most of my time deep in the ocean, using astral projection to figure out what is really going on in the world, along with my Sherlock Holmes brain, and what needs to be done to counter it. Once that is done, I will mind control/shape shift/mind read the world to a better future, generally being benevolent, but not being above quality of life enhancements for myself.

Agility is basically your Speed and Dexterity. How fast you can move, in other words. Reflexes is your reaction time. The better your reflexes, the quicker you can notice things and react to them. For example, both Agility and Reflexes could let you dodge bullets, but Agility would just let you move fast enough that bullets seem slow in comparison, whereas Reflexes would let you notice a gunshot fast enough to move out of the way, even if you can't move much faster than a baseline human.
Enhanced Senses just lets you take in more information about your environment.
Shapeshifting seems limited by rough bodytype and mass. So an Inhuman body could shift between other, similar bodies. The limits would depend on your specific form.
Intelligence is an ambiguous thing. You decide what "genius" means to you.
Inheritable is also ambiguous. You can decide onwhatever makes the most sense for you.

I appreciate the feedback; I might have an appendix that retains the old magic system, but, frankly, it was just far too complicated for most people to want to bother. I enjoy highly customize-able systems too, but I need to balance between that and how hard it is to understand and use.
As for the races, you should be able to have the races exist in any way that you could before; it makes the points themselves less tweak-able, I grant you, but that I think was a necessary simplification in terms of design principles. I don't think there is any actual advantage to having a bunch of mini-point options, other than min-maxing, when you can achieve all the same race behaviors without it.
I'm not dismissing your opinion, I just don't agree on the race point in this case. If you think I'm wrong, that is, if you think there's something you could *do* before that you can't do now, then don't hesitate to let me know.

So, just for fun, this is the soldier narrative as I currently understand it.
Angel!Katniss gets abducted by the government, escapes, and joins a propagandist renegade movement. Initially non-threatening, but she later somehow recruits Mercer, a living bio-weapon with the potential to propagate, and a water mage specialized in ranged blasting.
Before long, Robert Menti and Weapon end up assigned to deal with her blooming organization, but somewhere in the ensuing clusterfuck, both end up turned and join the renegades.
Meanwhile, a dragon is flying around with his warrior cultists, and a whole bunch of weird robots are attempting to defend/subvert/enhance humanity.
Also, Acheld has become a shadow, lurking under the earth and observing everything, while he plots to save the world.
And of course, a mysterious cult, responsible for awakening several of these soldiers, has a shoggoth chained up in their basement, and their plots are beginning to grow larger and less subtle.
