What I'm seeing here is a gang of Vermin led by a single Monster. Depending on whether they prefer to move around or camp in one place, I'll need tor esort to either baiting tactics, picking them off one by one, or hit-and-run style attacks, luring them into traps as I retreat. Depending on numbers, can take long time. The boss I'll have to either kite with ranged weapons or weaken with traps before finishing off.

Make as little noise as possible, avoid contact if neccesary, sneak up to as close as I can get - then either grab the thing and sneak out before anyone notices, if not possible - drop smokescreen/toxins, grab the thing and leg it. Fortunately I have advantage in when fighting in smoked/gas environments, so if I can use them before they get a jump on me I'm sure I can take several of the cultist at once (but not much)

Second, you can already use Blessing of the People to add stats to any neutral race on the planet, so I assume you are talking about the hostile races? The thing is that seems needlessly complicated. Dragons are already crazy powerful; I didn't spell out their specific stats, but you can assign them any power level short of worldbreaking that you like. I can put in a general "Upgrade dragons to world-breaking" option, if you would want it? Vampires and werewolves are already beyond what Blessing of the People can grant, and inherit any base abilities of the neutral species they are born from. Giants are already super tough, super strong, and require less food than they properly should.
Let me put it this way: if you want to interpret any of the (non-vampire, non-werewolf) hostile races as having one or more of the minor blessings possible from Blessings of the People, you're more than welcome to do so without needing to pay for it. It won't get you more negative balance, though.

I'm a legend specializing in aerial combat and extremely high-altitude bombing, both precision and indiscriminate. I harness the magical power of explosions to both destroy any and all monsters within range, as well as propel myself through the air at ludicrous speedslike a jet. Hopefully I can convince the government to let two legends stay in the same city, maybe by relocating us to the most dangerous location or something. If I'm forced to run away with the yandere, then I'llbegin a non-stop, high-speed, high altitude bombing run on every single human settlement, never stopping in one place long enough to prepare defenses or catch me even at such high altitudes. I might be willing to go pretty far for magic powers, but like hell am I going to sleep with another man for 30 years. Or at all, really. Likewise, the Secret Project some really bothersome, and I don't know if I want to deal with the aftermath. Though there are some mad tempting options.
I honestly don't know what would be best to command with Creation, but Dance Magic assures me that I have some good magic at my side no matter what. Hell, even air or fire couldn't be that bad. Probably either wind or water. It's a shame I can't have flight, but I can always Iceman it, I suppose? Especially with super strength jumps. And Growth, that's also helpful.

Yes. Buying magic for the world in WorldOfMythAndWonder makes it cheaper to buy it in AlteringHistory, but if you want to be the only source of magic of that kind, then you can always buy it in AlteringHistory, regardless of whether you bought it in WorldOfMythAndWonder.
That would mean that 1 in 10,000 Fairies was born with the ability to use major enchanting magic. Assuming that you are a fairy, the cost for that would be:
(+2 for Innate-Rare, +2 for Just Fairies) x2 = +8. The x2 is to make it major.
As it specifies in the WoMaW, this does not guarantee that YOU will be one of the lucky ones, but it does let you buy that magic in AlteringHistory at a cheaper cost.

* Vulnerable, but not startlingly so.
* With all the vegetation around, Iron Gut is going to be more than sufficient to ensure enough food, especially in combination with Diet 0.
* Impervious 1 means that at the current levels of development killing one of us before we can, at the very least, escape with Master of Motion is almost impossible. No going up against dragons, though! Not yet.
* Pain Control plus Major Blessed one means that we can use the equivalent of Regeneration 2 on ourselves, or others, even in the worst of pain. Also lets us teleport away without being distracted by a gut wound.
* Genius 2, Gift of Gab, Memory of the Ages 1, Major Shapeshifting, Minor Telepathy and Wellspring of Harmony is going to let us do our eventual job, which is to be uniters of the civilized races, peerless diplomats and guiders.
* Major Stormsage is going to be the big offensive magic used in battles when necessary.
* Endurance 2 is just to let us get twice as much done. Very valuable.
Further, I can imbue 74 "heroes" with almost the exact same set of powers, only they will not have Immortality (slow aging instead). The general idea is going to be to use a lot of these on good "kings" and leaders of the various races, to ensure stability, to make assassination next to impossible, and to increase their ability to govern effectively and well, knowing that their powers can be stripped from them if they begin to act tyranically.

1. Get bearings; establish a safe 'home base' while we figure out this world. Teach each other various magics, and then scout the entire world to gain an understanding of how things are. Help people where we can, but no "major" actions. Timeline: several decades
2. Learn magics; highest priority is learning the Major Spirit Singer magics of the Sylvans. With a combination of Minor Telepathy, Major Shapeshifting and Gift of Gab I'm reasonably confident this will be successful. Also want to learn Major Enchanting from the Stonefolk, Minor Binding from the Littlefolk, and Minor Beastmaster from the centaurs using similar methods. These are all teachable, so can be shared among each other. In the meantime, we will be imbuing the more "decent" type of people (in this world, humans, sylvans, littlefolk and centaurs) with various magics that we know, most importantly Stormsage, Master of Motion and Blessed One, in order to hold back the "enemy" creatures. Major Master of Motion makes it easy for us all to converge on any given location to defend settlements if needed. Timeline: several hundred years, as long as a millineum.
Now all companions have : Major Spirit Singer, Major Enchanter, Minor Binding, Minor Beastmaster, in addition to the above magic.

3. While continuing to defend the races needing our protection, work to complete the requirements of Sorcerer Supreme. Imbue heroes and kings with various abilities to make their rule more successful. Work to build alliances between the different races of human, sylvan, littlefolk and centaur to allow their population to grow more peacefully. Still in largely a holding action against the dark forces of the world, and much will still be lost. STAY OUT of the caverns for the timebeing; simply take defensive action against the creatures within. Collapse cave entrances using tornadoes and storm power where possible. Timeline to complete Sorcerer Supreme: As much as 7-8,000 years; it depends on how successful we are in pushing back dark forces to allow for population growth. Could be much shorter.

Now the leader can teach us all Major Binding as well, since it is a teachable magic in this world. Major Telepathy is not teachable, so that will remain with the leader, who can use it to coordinate to unparalleled levels among the various races now (hopefully) closely allied. I give everyone Minor Firedancer.
4. It's now time to take the fight back to the enemy. I'm not sure the best way to do so (the characters in this narrative being far more clever than I), but with the extreme levels of magic we are able to share with allies, along with alliances build over thousands of years, and the ability to be complete masters of coordination and logistics, I trust that it will happen.

My North American God-Sorcerer build felt very balanced, I didn't even need any drawbacks. 110 feels perfect. Those drawbacks are harsh though. If anything, I'd like to see more tiny perks like the omni weapon. I had two points left over, so I blew them both on that, despite being able to punch a hole in a bear. Something else to do with leftovers would be nice.

I was considering adding tiny 1 point perks like skills. Being amazing at hunting, for example, or metalworking. Not sure if that would be worth it; I'm agonized because I really don't want to over-clutter the CYOA.

I can set aside a dull decade to git gud at metalworking instead of spending points. I'd go for minor magic abilities outside of the big categories, like astral projection or alchemy maybe? Basic idea: awakened as a spirit of nature. Will immediately be drawn to abandon "civilized" life and live in the woods. My many physical advantages and friendship with animals allow me to get by just fine. I'm also handwaving a "resistant to the elements" type power, which is thematically appropriate but not one of the options available.
My familiar, likely a bird of some kind, does all the talking for me. He can read surface thoughs, empathize perfectly, detect lies, see the future, read portents, etc. Basically a wise mentor type familiar.
While I grow into my powers, I'm found in the woods by Jane Farley and "adopted". She teaches me some survival tricks that are useful. Eventually I travel the world, handing out blessings to those who respect and love nature.
My main defensive/offensive ability is Precise & Strong Telekinesis; combined with the Mechanics ability, this is incredible. Along with the fact that the familiar can forsee life-threatening things, the Vitality ability, and the fact that the familiar and I can heal each other, I'm functionally immortal barring truly extraordinary events.

A way to specialize your realm beyond affinities. Being able to combine two would be cool, but perhaps being able to choose specific locations like mountain areas or coastal areas. Basically being able to choose the appearance in a way that isnt Affinity.

Why change what's already perfect?
Jokes aside, the thing that comes most to mind is more in-depth Realm Perks, and perhaps personal powers that affect your realm at large more. Some sort of option to be a separate affinity from your realm would also be fairly interesting (Like an aquatic affinity in an inferno realm) and allow for more build diversity. Another thing would probably be a way to allot the minion perks more selectively; perhaps reducing the cost of each in exchange for only giving it to a limited amount of your minions, separated by either race or profession.
Perhaps the biggest issue with the CYOA is for those who want to focus more on one aspect of it or another. For that reason, I propose a method of changing shards of power into minion tokens and vice versa.

Well, any Affinity that you specialize in changes the lay of the land if you so wish; that's made clear in the little blurb for Affinity. While it's made clear that empowerment doesn't affect minions (Because they get an empowerment of their own), it is never stated that this does not affect the realm, as there is no Realm Perk that affects empowerment of the land. The CYOA would be very shitty if you couldn't have more than one affinity for your land (Which is 99% of the time why people ever choose empowerment), so it makes sense that it would affect the Realm.

When it says "physically imbued with your affinity" and "capable of directly tapping into its raw power", it is talking about your first, primary affinity. This one affinity is the only thing that applies to EVERYTHING; you can tell because it is the one that minions, yourself, and your realm are all influenced by. I never acknowledged that your own empowerment applies to your minions, which is why I kept clarifying that they have their own empowerment perk. Also, when enchanted stuff is said to be "imbued with your affinity", I'm pretty sure that it just meant that you have like a fire-sword or a spear of angelic light or stuff like that; not that it multiplies your affinity's affect on you.

The bastard son of Daimon Seelenfäule, a German oil magnate and an unnamed Afro-German maid. Daimon was trying to birth a child with the "Legacy Gene" abnormality, a mutation that ran within his bloodline. In exchange for drastically increasing the natural powers of the child, it also gave them a connection to the genetic echoes of all of the previous psychics in the bloodline. These echoes soon become voices that whisper long forgotten secrets and other ways of gaining power. This would allow him to be able to still have control over his businesses long after his death through his children. Although his legitimate children all have "gifts" they did not have the Legacy Gene. As the other children grew up they wanted control over the estate and assinated him using their combined gifts. They proceeded to cull their father's consorts to solidify the inheritance amongst themselves. Realizing this Douglas's mother fled to America and gave birth to him upon settling down as the maid for the Manning Family in Westwood Heights.
On his 13th birthday his powers awakened along with the echo of Daimon.

Shortly after his powers awakening, his mother was found dead in an alley, her body showing signs of physical torture. As the state took Douglas into their care, so did Daimon within the confines of his mind.

Beast Eye and Sentient Sympathy are also really appealing and I wouldn't mind more Endurance, but I didn't want to spare the points for them.

I'll go to the mountains of madness. What fool would I be to ignore a well-paid job? Shooting the dragon with my badass arrows, which I'm convinced are Great Hunter tier, though I won't tell anyone that, should be good.

Second, I'm not saying it isn't a problem because, yeah, I would never pick a size above Giant as it is (looking at my two saved builds for this, Giant is exactly what I picked in both cases). I'm saying just removing the intelligence clause isn't going to fix the problem, it's just going to swing the balance in the other direction. If you remove that, almost everyone will pick the colossal forms.
It probably makes sense just to make the "base" forms Giant through Tiny, and then require a shard use to access the truly enormous forms, which would then have no intelligence penalty.

Eria smiled as she thought back to what 'zuki had said. "That's your first job?! You do know what a black hole is right? No one has touched that job for years for good reason!" She had answered confidently that time, eager to prove herself. "Fine, go then, but if you die I'm going to find you and kill you again, you hear me?" Her training under Mochizuki Chiyome had been rigorous, even brutal, but it had been effective, and she had improved her skills greatly, particularly in the art of being present but unnoticed. Her grasp of technology and physics were great, and thought she knew what she was getting into. She was ready. But now, gazing upon the divine power and might of the universe itself, she had not known.. could anyone truly know? Who could possibly have built such a station, and bent such raw power to its will? It seems impossible, yet there it is.

There's plenty of "be the monster" CYOAs out there, and there's not nearly as much of a choice/replayability as there is for the hunters, so I thought this would work better.
