One that I'm pretty happy with is my futuristic Macuahuitl.
Its basically a steel flat sword, but the obsidian shards are replaced with sticky bombs.
So you smack someone with this thing, then kick them into a crowd of their friends.

To answer your question, though, in mybook'ssetting, one of the major advancements by the East Texas Empire is the development of the Power Lance. It's a high-voltage lance designed to be used from horseback, and it delivers a powerful enough electric charge to instantly kill a bull elephant and completely shorts out all circuits and electronics in power armor (which exists, but is rare). They're a one-use weapon before they need an hours recharge, but when combined with Uzi's (Imperial Knights sidearm) they make for an absolutely devastating first charge.

That weapon design requires the ability to kick a person out of the effective range of the attached explosive. Those are either incredibly powerful kicks, in which case why are you even bothering with the bombs, or very weak explosives, in which case why are you even bothering with the bombs.
It's always a poor design choice to intentionally leave yourself in the blast radius, especially when you're relying on human shields, things with the inherent property of being able to move out of the way and expose you to the blast unshielded for as long as they're a threat.

Nah. It's a french cavalry sword meant to take all the "best" sword innovations at the time and put them into one. Nasty sword wounds, curved edge for long slice in single motion, non-linear stabbing point, that hook is actually so when you have your arm out like you're at the end of a swing but on horse back you'd catch an enemy horse's tendon or rider, apparently you could aim that sharp bit through the neck area on horses as well.
All told it apparently mildly succeeds in one area: its an okay hockey stick.

That said, in my fantasy setting there's plenty of unique magical weapons with unique magical effects. Not really, most modern electronics have protections against that. Least the combat designed ones because they need to withstand an EMP, which does exactly that.
Besides, actually getting the electricity to the circuit is hard as most of the time it will just fall to ground.

The Death Cannon Disk, kind of a poor warlock's laser cannon.
What they do is they have a specially made rune-infused disc that is shaped sort of like a lens, with the runes on the concave side (also the side that faces the enemy).
You get a group of spellcasters to charge the damn thing with expenditures of Eldritch Blast or some other damaging cantrip (it charges faster if you get more damage out of the cantrip) and then point it at somewhere in the field, giving the target a nice measure of 'fuck you and everyone who happens to be around you'.
More specifically, the point of impact receives 8d8+16 force damage, and everything within 10 feet of the impact square makes a save to take half (you get advantage/a bonus if you're more than five feet away from the unlucky bastard).
In short, four spellcasters charge a magic cannon for three rounds and pick a non-adjacent target within 300 feet, which dies.

There are totally some riverside junkers who use just a normal water cutter but most corps have the money to throw around that augs get ferro models. It's totally wasteful but the guys upstairs like it because it looks flashy, gives people severe trauma and is messy. Remote electro-magnetic knives/bomblets doesn't roll off the tongue as well. These are basically your standard fare equipment for cheaper augged forces (low level sec). You need high level augs of your own to use them fully otherwise you have a set of expensive toys that you can only activate in hand. A problem when they're magnetic throwing equipment. They basically home in on augged targets (almost like the flechettes from Deus Ex: Human Revolution) so they're good for non-combat specced characters. They just throw and the device does the work.
The spear was built as a conversion to the Flamethrower Spear for punks. The envenomed models would be what you're looking for.

It would cause explosive compression of internal organs in the general area, massive blunt trauma and hemorrhaging, Co2 poisoning, as well as a high chance of embolisms.
Assuming you stabbed someone in say, the arm. That arm will need amputation if that person somehow survives. Beyond that the small canister you see in the pic provided has enough pressure to explode a skull assuming thats where you stabbed.
Stabbed tissue is so damaged there is literally no saving it and needs to be excised.

Magnetic induction knives. A knife that creates a fluxuating magnetic field. Not much of a weapon against people as it's basically a big heavy knife. However, against metal and electronic it's pure Death. It'll send surges down anything less than a coaxial cable and can cause most conductive materials to heat up. Magnetic materials will turn liquid in a mater of seconds.
It's basically an anti-robot/cyborg weapon. If you can pierce the casing you can take out entire limbs. Without proper surge protectors a single thrust can kill the entire machine.

The idea was that upon contact with the armor (which isn't a hermetic sealed suit, it's much closer to Fallout 4 Raider armor) an incredibly massive jolt of electricity is sent through the armor - if even the smallest piece of the multi-pronged lance/spear made it through/around the armor plates and into the actual systems or your fleshy parts, you are 100% dead on the spot, with the high voltage even going as far as to weld pieces of the frame together due to its incredible power. This is actually surprisingly easy when mounted on horseback, as the upper-neck area is quite vulnerable and gorgets actually trap the blade and push it towards the endoskeleton from this specific angle (which is a rare angle that previously was not anticipated, hence why the "flaw" was never corrected).
I have since, however, decided to re-think my approach, and go with either the ferro-fluid style idea that another anon was talking about or a hypercoolant fluid of some sort that flash-freezes the suit on contact, going so far as to even shatter steel that gets coated with a solid hit and permanently wreck any flesh it touches beyond repair.Look, I want to justify cavalry charges against scavenged power armor shock troops, work with me here

A whisky bottle that never runs out and when broken it reforms. Everything from the amount of whisky in the bottle, to the speed it reforms is controlled by the wielder. And give him a fire starting gun like a flamethrower or something with incendiary ammo.

Basically you hold it at arms reach to your right like you just finished a left to right slash. The grip is to help you maintain grip on the chance you hit an oncoming rider. Extendable mag shields for boarding ships. Basically a ballistic shield when breaching, but the sides are lined with powerful magnets that allow it to stick to ship interiors to deploy as cover. The extendable part comes in where you can extend all the sides to essentially make a doorway size barrier to block others out of a room.
Depending on how bullshit you want to go the front can either be electrified, or have a strobe light weapon or claymore strapped to it.

We have a lot of electromagnetic wave weapons, handheld versions of the Area Denial System. It can also start fires if you focus it in one spot long enough. It can also cook stuff (like people) if you can get them to hold still.
We've go fusion generators, which has created a new version of MAD, as all these powerful cartels scramble to get these generators to convert them to weapons and threaten other cartels with. Also, we get nearly infinite and cheap energy from them.
Because we have access to incredible amounts of energy, teleportation is a reliable source of transportion, but like that Stephen King story "The Jaunt," you are have to be comatose when traveling through (In-game it's roughly a Hell-dimension, ala unprotected Warp exposure), so you can't teleport someone into your enemies fortress. However, you can teleport someone without assigning them a destination gate, which is the equivalent of tossing them screaming into the mouth of Hell. So the cartels use that as an execution/body disposal.
We've got servitor-slaves that have their skull wired up to give them pleasure when they follow tasks. Technically not slavery, but a punishment reserved for very dangerous criminals or political opponents. I actually think it's devious because it doesn't cause the servitor any pain, it just makes them feel indescribable pleasure when they do what you tell them to. Naturally, some rebel, but most are totally content to live their lives eagerly waiting for a pleasure-reward.
I also thought of a good punishment, based off TMS therapy which temporarily disables the parts of the brain that feel pleasure. So they can't feel happy unless I want them to.
