Just draft an aggressive deck. Pack it full of as many low drops as you can with minimal removal/combat tricks. Most of the time you can just run people down because they are too preoccupied trying to put together something interesting

I found a store near me hosting prerelease but can't find where to actally sign up for it, is it on the wizards website or through LGS

Pre releases suck. Why must they always be sealed? Sealed fucking sucks. Draft is where it's at.
