What do you need a name for?
Considering making a CYOA.
The basic idea is that you're knocked back into the real-world past by a variable amount (as much as 10,000 years), and can guide or influence the progress of humanity as you like. Or not, if you just want to enjoy the ride.
Various powers would be available, of course, with no-frills agelessness as a freebie. The powers would be short of anything we would typically call a God CYOA, but they'd certainly be enough to convince others of your divine nature, if that was your goal. In other words, you'd have to work by influencing and uplifting people, rather than just being a one-man/woman army.
Has something like this been done before? Is it something that sounds interesting?

Well, by default you would only get immortality back to present day, which you would be guaranteed sanity for. You could upgrade it to make it indefinite, which would include the sanity, and also upgrade it to make yourself impervious in various ways, yes.

The only "waifu" like option that will be included will be upgrades to bring along companion(s), real or fictional. None of them will be automatically brainwashed to like you, though with the right upgrades charming them should be more than easy enough. That's on you.
As far the restraints, the only default ability you will get will the ability to die if you ever truly wish to, to prevent eternal entombment. You will be able to get upgrades that would allow you to escape any type of trap, should you wish.

AFAIK they're all toxins, the distinction being that venom is injected whereas poison is ingested/absorbed.

Scientist if you are here I want to go over some of the specific flaws in this CYOA. At current I've been trying to make a build but I keep hitting roadblock after roadblock
>Abilities
People have complained about this many times, this is the most important problem to fix. The main idea of the CYOA is supposed to be "your old self +", but ultimately this entire section REPLACES your current abilities, and unless you spend large numbers of points it will make them all worse.
The solution is to rewrite it as a + or - to current, rather than a fixed level. Spend ZERO points to keep your current skills in any area. You can improve any skill by up to 3 levels or reduce it (to gain points) by 1 level. Basically it would look like "Singing, +5 worse, 0 no change, -5 slightly better, -10 much better, -20 amazing" Prices at your discretion except for the no change which MUST be 0.
>Physical Features
Simply put, too many of them are redundant with "Looks". One would expect Godly Looks to come with things like clear skin, long legs etc. You can't have godly looks while being fat (slow metab) or severe acne.
The solution is to delete ALL physical appearance entries from physical features. Things like little/no body hair (replace with no/easy shaving), pleasant period, and long tongue are all fine. They provide bonuses over and above your base appearance that you are paying for. Deleting the "looks" category instead would be a bad idea, people want a generalization for that.

Complaints here have been that the section is too rigid, that your new life is devoid of free will. I think only a clarification is needed.
Job is your part time job during high schools. You CAN quit/change jobs, but that's as hard to do as in real life (social/familial pressure prevents quitting normally)
Hobbies come with all the required stuff and some skills to complete them. More importantly, your personality is modified to find enjoyment in any hobby you pick. You can easily pick up a new hobby if you can buy the stuff required (eg a computer), but unless you like it NOW, there's no guarantee you will ever be interested. Picking up "walking" will probably feel like a chore unless you like walking already.
>Ethnicity
This is a personal complaint, so I've saved it for the last and least. All of the races currently are just too "bad". Previous versions of the CYOA balanced good and bad with races, leaving neutral choices on the table as well. This version ALL the races have something horribly bad with them. In most cases it's the Vice. Vices are typically personality changes, and we are being forced to take them or be niggers.
The solution is to put back the "neutral" nondescript white choice with no special pros or cons, and rebalance all other races so that the gain and loss is equal and the race itself is a primarily aesthetic choice.

Beyond that, I'll use another Silvery Oil to enhance a Pulsating Potion in order to maximize my odds of living long enough to push past any possible magical plateau's I reach and graduate from Hedge Wizard status. Lastly, I'll use my final bronze coin on the Boiling Potion because I always like to take powers that let me forgo sleep. I'll sleep for like half an hour a night in order to keep feeling well-rested.

Traveller already exists in the greater scheme of things, the entire concept of it was based on the idea that everything is out there, somewhere. And beyond that is a force of unstoppable will that unless all things fit into place would wipe it away to nothing. Technically everything is canon, but there are some powers & timelines that the augur will tell you to ignore.
As for the first spoiler... that would end in bloodshed because REEEE MUH SPACE ABUSES.
