Well if you own a Zurgo because you played that Standard then you could have a couple of the cards I mentioned.
When you post people will probably will tell you what is straight up better so what I would do is take notes on those and make two lists, one of what you are currently running and another that is what you plan to run.
Just remember you should always be on the offensive, dash and swing repeatedly with Zurgo.
Don't even worry about commander tax, just zone him everytime.

Sedris gives "Creature cards" in your graveyard Unearth. Collected Company says "Creature cards" also, anon. If it's not on the battlefield, it is not a creature, it's a creature card.
Heartstone only affects the abilities of creatures, not the abilities of creature cards. It will not reduce Unearth costs, Cycling costs, Scavenge costs or any other ability of a creature card that is not on the battlefield.

I'd go equipment-heavy rather than enchantments. Enchantments are card-inefficient, and in mono-red efficiency is key. Search for red cards that care about artifacts. Outpost Siege is the best card you have in that deck, so keep it in there.
One thing to keep in mind with voltron is "does this card help my commander?" Superfluous cards like Cinder Hellion and Lightning Shrieker don't really move your gameplan forward. In it's place you could have another piece of equipment like Sword of the Animist buffing Zurgo and helping you ramp.
All that burn won't help you much in a format where you will have to deal with 3 or 4 players' big creatures or decks that don't care about creatures.

I have a concept in mind in which I'll stick to almost all basic plains + forests and mana dorks, so I want to include some nonbasic land hate.
