You mean demons are assigned social roles according to the sound they make? All demons or just stupid ones? That could work.
IMHO the broad concept of fallen angels is awesome, but only when the setting doesn't include the Abrahamic God, because it's literally heresy to imply He doesn't already have them under control. So anything you do to make your demons a bit different but still recognizable is a plus for me.

What does it mean for fiends to have children?
Because they seem to be able to reproduce the regular way, but they also spawn whenever people die?
I mean, no offense, but a group of immortal,fast-aging, eternally youthful, very charismatic creatures would probably only be held in population check by the eternal threat of backstabbing.
I mean, any sort of dynasty that manages to keep its shit together by having the generations not try to kill each other would be basically unstoppable in infernal politics, right? That would make devil families the most powerful noble houses outside of the celestial realms (where the same would pretty much apply, except Good to boot).

I think a caste system for Demons is a neat concept, I actually use it for my settings:
