I already do it on occasion, much to the derision of my players. They already feel terrible enough sitting with four other guys around a table pretending to be characters they're not. Come on man. I've cosplayed a girl before At a convention and was mistaken for a girl a lot until I talked, as I have a rather deep voice. It just takes extra work, and if you have a girlfriend or a girl who is a friend it will make your life a lot easier.
