Wizards will never reprint damnation, for the exact reason that it's a card people clamor for. They draw more hype and make more money by keeping the possibility of a reprint open and never doing so, than they ever could make by actually reprinting it. Serum visions and the ZEN fetches are the same way - they make more money by saying they MIGHT get reprinted, than they would by actually DOING it.
