i love the way magic works in that world/setting

also, towards the end it gets really crazy, kinda awesome, wish they would explore some of it more

I'm about halfway on the first book and my opinion so far is 6/10.
It feels like an RPG and you're in a group of murderhobos and edgylords, and everything is very predictable.
