Stage Manager here, I've wondered the same thing.
I would say not /tg/, it's only related very tangentially.
For most people, it's a profession rather than a hobby or interest so I can see why it doesn't really belong anywhere here.
Most people who talk about theatre are people who work in the industry rather than people who go see shows, especially considering how extremely local any given performance is, as opposed to film and television or any other entertainment media.
The best thing I know of is (again, localized) facebook groups.
