Where are the best place to gather "NPC pics"?
I know here, deviant art, pinterest and artstation. Is there any other?

boorus, pixiv
peopleofwalmart (also works for monsters)

What boorus would you recommend?
>>48008427
grognard.booru
Artstation is pretty good.

Wow, that's actually pretty nice.
Another question, how do I fucking find shit in pixiv?
Looks like it's all anime shit (That I like but It won't work for now).

Google, but not just google image searches, what you gotta do is go through "related images" and, more importantly, "show more", where you can find all kinds of hidden gems.
Any good sources on good amounts of semi-realistic, non-weeb, non-wowcore, relatively low fantasy HQNP art?
GIMP is pretty good.

Hire an artist.
There's too many people who will make as sketch of exactly what you want for $10

Or do it yourself for free.

ADnD pdfs, if you can find them. Gurps 2e. Dragonlance. European comics, the older the better.
As far as newer art goes, look for people who illustrate history books and make renditions of historical sites. Renditions of prehistoric animals are a great source of monsters to throw at the party.
/r/imaginarycharacters is pretty decent

>how do I fucking find shit in pixiv? Looks like it's all anime shit
with luck
and knowing the keywords:
オリジナル original ファンタジー fantasy TRPG 甲冑 ドラゴン
but you'll still see lots of anime stuff with them, it gets worse than deviantart. you'll be better browsing danbooru and other /tg/ repositories which have keywords in english
