Second, it's been confirmed that basically anything with sentience can become a planeswalker. With a spark comes not only the ability to planeswalk, but immense magical power. And we also do not know how exactly they plainswalk. Is it a conscious effort, or is it more subconscious?

It isn't great, to be honest. They printed it for cheaper, less color requirement and instant speed.
I like the Eldrazi as these unstoppable forces of nature that tie into the very fabric of the universe and can only be sealed away.
But that was all ruined by the resolution of Oath. Killing two of them at once with some fucking fire, are you serious? And we're supposed to be okay with it because "oh, well, it's not that the oldwalkers couldn't kill them, it's that they never tried : )". Really? So at any fucking point, like, ONE oldwalker could have just stopped them easily? Do you not realize how that completely destroys the lovecraftian unknowable force appeal?
Wizards's new focus on story successfully made me hate characters I already liked. They were so convinced that they had to start the Gatewatch with a total victory that they just threw out all sense. The Gatewatch should have MAYBE done enough damage to drive the titans off the plane to look for an easier meal, or maybe sealed them away again, or fucking anything besides four lowl level planeswalkers killing the fucking STRONGEST BEINGS IN THE UNIVERSE WITH SOME FUCKING FIRE GOD FUCKING SHITEATING CHRIST WIZARDS YOU FUCKING IDIOTS
