Depends on if they have the power you'd expect of godly offspring or not. When they're level 1 fuckers having to claw their way up the mythic tree they tend to not bite off more than they can chew. If they're semi god mode already than chances are they will more than not. See >>47927159 for why.

Player characters are essentially sociopaths/psychopaths; they exist in a world which they know for a fact is populated by cardboard cutouts they can't empathise with and that exist just to play a role in their personal story.

Seriously, compare the description of various antisocial personality disorders to the behaviour of player characters.
Now be even more afraid of psychopaths and sociopaths than you already were, for they are in real life what our PCs are in D&D.
What did they do? Did they ritually murder a titan to make a planet out of his entrails? Are they running around the Mediterranean raping women and creating immortals? Have they already eaten their parents? Thrown any ships into a maelstorm or a giant squid lately? How about playing a game of warhammer using several Mediterranean tribes as tokens?
