>Framing board games and placing them on your walls as decorations
This is not ok
>>47860029
No, not ok. The OP went out of his way to specify that.
It could be OK for some board games. For example, if a monopoly board has some nice art on it, framing it would be better than playing monopoly.

I'd do this if it was a really old vintage board game.

Many moons ago, I bought the Ruins of Kunark expansion for EQ. It came with a 20x16 map...I placed said map in a modest frame and hung it. Both because I liked the look of it and because the game had no ingame map.
This started a minor obsession of mine. I frame and hang game maps in my computer room...I can somewhat relate to OP's image, and see nothing wrong with it.
Just put them in not-paper-thin plastic . Make the frame so that you can just pull it off the wall and put it on the table and play your new superior waterproof board game
Yeah, just framing them so that they are purely decoration is tacky, that's some shit an Uncles Games would do
To each their own though
>>47860026
The idea is that you take them down to play the game, saving the room needed for the box.
It be good for people that don't know good board games and see something interesting on the wall.

>I care so little that I specifically went out of my way to post "ok" in response to you
Go ahead, post it again. Prove that you literally exist only to gratefully lick smegma from my glans.

In that case they should mount it and have it framed, rather than gluing it to the wall.

This is a game store, and they're using overstock on games they don't expecting to sell, anyway.
It's fine. Calm your tits, Lisa.

Dude, wash your dick. That's unhygienic.
I thought about framing some character sheets of mine from campaigns I've really liked.
>>47865275
If smegma isn't good for you, then why does it literally translate to "shield"?
Checkmate cutfags
I've framed some of my more valuable Magic cards, this doesn't seem that much weirder than that.
>>47860026
Why not?

>STOP LIKING WHAT I DON'T LIKE!!!
>REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

It shields you from women lmao

Some friends of mine who've been my friends since birth had board games hanging in their playroom when they were kids. That's the only time it's acceptable.

Jackie Chan
...shit.
>>47860026
I've seen people do this.
Hipsters.
>"Hey, look at these games I found in the dumpster behind the vegan co-op! Lets put them on the wall."
actually I have a friend bought a Risk Legacy board with 5 other guys (which turns a 80 dollar game to less than 15 each) on the agreement that the 'winner' of it at the end would get to keep it. The guy who won framed it and hangs in his game room
