This fucker right here.
First actually had one in a game when the GM decided to make him a big bad, being some slothish ruler of a cult in some Aztec-like ruins deep in some jungle that we spent multiple sessions trying to find info about and travel to.
We weren't even told it was a demon, we thought it was just the cult that was responsible for all the weird vegetation, spoiled water, and mutations, until we stepped into the throne room with piles of gold and heard our DM say "You hear a sloppy wet thump to the ground behind you as something seemingly drops from the ceiling," only to be greeted to the "large, toady looking behemoth with rows of pointed teeth, perpetually moistened, glistening, skin, and commanding a foul stench."
We initially thought it was some beast that the Cultists used guard their stash until it actually tried to bargain with us.
>Favorite Demons
From D&D? Or from anything?

Succubi will never not be the best demon.
>>47813742
I quite like Glabrezu.
Yes, that huge horrible dinosaur crab looks like it's nothing but a close combat rapebeast, but it's actually quite the diplomat and would love to talk.
If talks fail though, it's still a huge horrible dinosaur crab rapebeast.

0/10. They were always the lamest of demons.

>cacodemon
But cacodemons are from D&D anon.

Someone failed his Knowledge (Planes) check.
>>47816317
Fuck Cacodemons, why are they so tough and deceptively stealthy
>>47816768
Because deception is the point of stealth?
>>47816760
What are talking about?
This cutie pie.

BUT A GIANT RED EYE MONSTER WITH A MOUTH FULL OF GLOWING PLASMA SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO KEEP SURPRISING ME BY BEING RIGHT NEXT TO ME UNEXPECTEDLY
>>47816866
The fact that you think that means you fell for its ruse.

>not dretches
Dretches might very well be the lamest of all the monsters, not just demons

>Dretches
Demon goblins?
>>47816317
Why did you post a picture of an Astral Dreadnought anon?
>>47817321
>what's a dretch
Most campaigns I see don't even include them. They're actually pitiful.
>>47821275
dropped my pic
This Guy actually managed to kill 2 out of 4 party members on his own, due to a rather stupidly overpowered spell in the system we're playing.
Well, the crit success on cutting off the spearman's arm might've been a reason too.
>>47816643
Also can grant wishes.
I wish I'd remembered that when we had one charmed in a game.
>>47816760
They look like Slaad but they're definitely Tanari.
These guys I shoehorn into most demonic campaigns I run
>>47823988
Frogmammothgatortaur was a pretty badass design choice by blizzard. Mannaroth's tail moving at the end of the Orc Campaign of WC3 is still one of my favorite moments.

My top favorite demons/devils:
Kyton/Chain Devils. Those chains were so powerful back in 3rd edition.
Cacodemons. DOOM reminded me why I had grown to like beholders because it was so long since I played og Doom.
Felhounds. The idea of a demonic dog-thing built to fuck the face of magic users is very appealing to me.

Spiked Chain was broken if you had the requisite feats to take advantage of it.
I like demons with a bit of a modern flair.
I want to use a quasit in an adventure. What would be a good alternate form for it?
Probably this guy. I actually like Ob Nixilis, too. However, I think Griselbrand's design is just cool.
