I am 35 mins in to the video and 2 things thatjumped out at me are:

The Wing that focuses on Flamers and Meltas. DA's legion gimmick appears to be the prototype Legion that tested our everyone else's specialty and still retains knowledge of how to do all of it.
I assume this is explained by saying most of the other wings were wiped out during the accidental armoury explosion that destroyed Caliban after the Horus Heresy.

I'd agree on the legion gimmick, but as well as the "armoury explosion" reducing the wings there's also the build-down and role change from legion to chapter, which would likely remove the need for the Ironwing (all tonks and heavy armour) for the most part, and the very nature of the Dreadwing (proscribed and rare as shit weapons from Old Night) means that it's less than appropriate post-Heresy.
Stormwing's (boarding assault) specialisation makes sense given that the DA had a big fleet, but that again would be reduced in the build-down, so the absence isn't surprising.
Fire certainly could be literal fire, like proto-salamanders, but I could also see fire support from big guns or aircraft
What other different wings could there be?

No AL were made a little better then normal marines to cover all aspects or war. Gav talks about the hex-a-grammar-ton, the 6sides of war. Which are the ones shown. In the 6 wings.

But fuck, the last HH book I read was Unremembered Empire and that was at least 2 years ago. So I guess I'll have to wait when I have time once again and reread everything plus the new stuff.
