This might be better in /WIP/, but I wasn't sure, and I was kinda interested to see just these, but what are some models you guys have kitbashed or built from scratch?
Pic related, this is a (very shittily painted, I know, I was 15 and left it unfinished) Librarian I kitbashed from basically Tac and Assault marine parts. He's wielding a plasma pistol, and a stupidly OTT power sword with a hilt basically 3/4 the length of the blade
i've got another one somewhere where I rebuilt one of the old metal axe and plasma pistol librarians to have a bolt pistol and power sword (in the opposite hands to the other weapons)
So what have you guys done?

All my renegades basically. Pic related. The enforcer/champion dude I'm the middle was built from legs from a free company kit, the bolt gun came from a chimera kit, the torso from a guardsman, the left arm (Minus the hand) also came from the free company kit.
The power sword and the grandes, etc came from the betrayal at Calth box, and the head was made from a Slaneesh Hellatrider kit and the mask came from those Putrid Blightkings

That's pretty cool. I've also made an inquisitor out of bitz.
The legs are from a dark elf warrior, the body and arms are from a space marine, the head from a chaos space marine biker (with a bit of green stuff to make the hair) and the various other things on him is from various grey knight bitz

No pic I'm afraid as I'm currently not at home, but using the DV Cultist ex-Commissar with Catachan command sprue arms, a FW Umbra pattern bolt pistol and the officer cap from the Cadian command sprue, a lot of filing on the torso to get rid of the chaos emblem followed by a bit of green-stuff to rebuild abs and pecs I made a fairly decent Commissar to be assigned to a Catachan regiment (totally inspired by Peter Fehervari's Commissar Iverson) He hasn't seen so much as a lick of paint yet though.

I always get sick of my own creations and end up replacing them with copies of FW/GW artwork.
I seem to have bad taste in mixing pieces, or get irritated by the "unofficialness" of my own custom mixes.
